Join Our Team: Customer Service Representative 1 (Bilingual Spanish) - Remote US We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. As a bilingual Spanish-speaking representative, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional support to our customers, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner. Key Responsibilities: Respond to inbound and outbound call inquiries, providing accurate and helpful information to customers. Initiate outbound calls to follow up on previous contacts and respond to inquiries. Provide exceptional customer service, demonstrating a public-service oriented approach and understanding of the needs of persons with disabilities. Perform support ticket transaction resolution tasks and administrative functions. Create and maintain excellent documentation of all calls, questions, complaints, and mailed inquiries. Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit and internal control purposes. Route mail, email, and other administrative support duties as assigned. Develop a comprehensive understanding of program rules and operating platforms required to fulfill job responsibilities. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution. Essential Qualifications: Education: High school degree or equivalent required. Experience: 6 months of call center experience or 1 year of customer service experience. Bilingual (Spanish) is required. Skills and Competencies: Excellent verbal, written communication, and troubleshooting skills. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Demonstrated understanding and ability to work with persons with disabilities. Ability to compose reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Excel, and Word preferred. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
