Job Responsibilities As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative at Walgreens, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, healthcare professionals, patients, and external vendors through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary duties will include: Answering high-volume requests from clients, healthcare professionals, patients, and external vendors about Walgreens' products and services, adhering to established SOPs and guidelines, and working under direct supervision. Ensuring all contacts receive professional and polite assistance. Settling normal, general inquiries and issues raised by clients, healthcare professionals, patients, and external vendors through various sources, following established rules and standard SOPs and procedures. Using available data to select the best solution and resolve client concerns. Escalating complex inquiries and issues to higher-level staff. Utilizing a computer application to log and track requests, as well as, to check the status of items that require follow-up or involvement of other teams. Archiving contact communications, client details, complaints, comments, and actions taken. Coordinating with other functional areas as needed, including escalating heightened issues assigned by the divisions for further investigation. Contacting clients, healthcare professionals, patients, or external vendors to answer requests or to inform them of investigation results and arrange changes. Handling requests for one or more lines of business. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Be at least 18 years old. Have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED). Have moderate-level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, designing reports). Have basic computer skills (e.g., starting and closing a computer, using a mouse to point and click, starting and closing programs, switching between programs, saving files, printing documents, and accessing information online). Have basic web search skills, including opening a browser, typing in URLs in the correct field, using a search engine, bookmarking a website, navigating using back/forward/stop buttons, and completing forms online. Be able to communicate effectively in writing and verbally. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following preferred qualifications will make you a stronger candidate for this role: Have at least one year of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment. Have experience in retail or healthcare. Have experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessing customer satisfaction. Have high-level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, arranging reports). Be fluent in Spanish and English.
