As a key member of our Impact Client Support team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our clients and supporting our In-House Body Shop in all aspects of its Approved Impact Program. About the Role We're seeking a talented Customer Service Representative to work full-time and provide top-notch support to our clients. As a Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication between clients, guarantee trained professionals, and our body shop team. Your primary goal will be to provide timely and effective solutions to client inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Work Planning Support: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to plan and coordinate vehicle repairs, ensuring efficient and timely resolution of issues. Client Communication and Expectation Management: Respond to client inquiries, provide updates on repair status, and manage client expectations to ensure satisfaction. Vehicle Appearance Arrangement: Coordinate with body shop teams to arrange vehicle repairs, and ensure that all necessary documentation and information are accurately recorded. Twist and CCC Organization Appearance: Work with clients and internal teams to resolve issues related to vehicle repairs, and ensure that all necessary procedures are followed. Rental Coordination and Handover: Arrange for rental vehicles, coordinate with clients, and ensure smooth handover of vehicles. Vehicle Announcements: Provide timely updates to clients on vehicle repair status, and notify them of any changes or issues. Material and Supplies Reordering: Coordinate with internal teams to reorder materials and supplies as needed, ensuring that all necessary resources are available. Fix Survey and Conveyance: Conduct surveys to gather feedback from clients, and convey the information to internal teams to drive process improvements. What You'll Bring to the Role To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree: A degree from a professional school in a related field, such as business, communications, or customer service. Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and internal teams. Microsoft Office Experience: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Preferred Qualifications: Crash Fix Experience: Previous experience in a crash shop environment, or a related field. Training and Development: Ability to train others, and a passion for developing new skills and knowledge. Independent Work: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and make sound judgments in a fast-paced environment.
