Job Summary As a Trader Administrations Group Captain, you will report to our Dealer Administrations Manager and work closely with our Inbound Enactments group. Your primary responsibilities will include providing mentorship to colleagues, driving team performance, and resolving customer complaints. You will also be responsible for analyzing data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing process enhancements to increase efficiency and quality.
