Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. 2+ years of experience in an office environment, preferably in customer service or a related field. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels.
