Resolve customer inquiries and issues with empathy and professionalism. Assist with order processing, returns, and exchanges. Maintain a positive and helpful attitude at all times. Product Expertise: Become a thorough expert on our bedding products, including materials, features, benefits, and care instructions. Confidently answer product-related questions and provide recommendations to customers. Stay up-to-date on new product launches and promotions. Communication: Communicate clearly and effectively with customers in American English, both verbally and in writing. Maintain professional and friendly interactions at all times. Team Management (If applicable): Lead and motivate a team of customer service representatives. Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback.
