Process orders, returns, and refunds in a timely manner, maintaining accurate records and ensuring seamless transactions. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, using this information to drive continuous improvement and enhance the customer experience. Collaborate with other team members to achieve high customer satisfaction levels, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive team success. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and team members. Ability to work independently and in a team environment, with a high degree of self-motivation and adaptability. Reliable high-speed internet connection and proficiency with computers and basic software applications. Previous customer service experience is advantageous, but not required. Preferred Qualifications: Additional education or certifications in customer service or related fields are beneficial. Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology tools. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
