Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a prompt and professional manner. Assist customers with their orders, returns, and product inquiries. Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintain a high level of knowledge about Blithequark's products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers. Document and update customer records accurately in the system. Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are fully resolved. Collaborate with team members and other departments to provide efficient customer service. Escalate complex issues to senior representatives or specialized teams as needed. Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and procedures. Requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment. Proficient in basic computer applications and comfortable with technology. High-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required. Ability to adapt to changing processes and procedures. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Essential and Preferred Qualifications Educational Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Additional training or certification in customer service is a plus.
