As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers via phone, email, and live chat. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, and your role will be to educate them on how to use our products and services to meet their needs. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and live chat * Educate customers on how to use our products and services * Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner * Meet personal and team sales targets and call handling quotas * Keep records of customer interactions and process customer accounts * File documents and maintain accurate records * Collaborate with technicians and vendors to resolve customer issues * Provide superior customer service during every interaction **Essential Qualifications** * 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer support environment * High School diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications) preferred * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to think on your feet and resolve complex customer issues * Proven track record of generating qualified leads and meeting sales targets * Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in the financial services industry, particularly with payment processing and mobile payments * High Tech experience, particularly with payment processing and mobile payments * Experience with Windows OS laptop/desktop and internet services * Ability to work in a virtual environment and maintain a high level of productivity **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to think critically and resolve complex customer issues * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on empathy and understanding * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to maintain accurate records and files **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
