As a member of our team, you will be part of a dynamic and inclusive environment that fosters growth, collaboration, and creativity. **Responsibilities** As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for: * Responding to customer inquiries via telephone, email, SMS, and chat to provide problem resolution in accordance with blithequark's service standards * Analyzing customer service needs and communicating with service and technical departments when necessary * Maintaining detailed and current knowledge of blithequark's products and services * Resolving basic or tier 1 payment and account-related requests, including card activations, payments, name and address updates for card holders * Entering required data into client-provided systems and databases * Determining basic reasons for customer issues using a client-provided decision tree and escalating or referring unresolved customer grievances and requests to more experienced Customer Service Representatives or designated departments **What We're Looking For** We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual with: * High School Diploma or Equivalent * At least 6 months of high-volume call center experience (onsite or remote) within the last 18 months * Availability to work all shifts, including mornings, afternoons, nights, and weekends * Strong communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to navigate computerized data entry systems and other relevant applications * Familiarity with customer service software and systems **Desired Skills and Capabilities** * Acquires and applies job skills and learns company policies and procedures to complete assigned routine tasks * Works on assignments that are routine to semi-routine in nature, requiring limited decision-making outside of stated processes * Recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice and has little or no role in decision-making * Normally receives detailed instructions and follows established procedures on all work, requiring instructions on all assignments * Works under close supervision **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we believe in investing in our employees' growth and development.
