You will work in a fast-paced inbound call center environment, using multiple programs and systems simultaneously to resolve customer queries quickly and efficiently. Your proactive approach will identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, re-shop, and rewrite policies, driving business growth and revenue. **Key Responsibilities** * Answer inbound calls from existing customers in a fast-paced call center-like environment, using multiple programs and systems simultaneously to resolve their needs quickly and efficiently. * Develop and maintain a broad knowledge of insurance requirements and carrier guidelines across dozens of states and many carriers. * Answer questions related to coverages, billing, and policy history. * Use a proactive approach to identify and assess customers' needs and offer our services to ensure each customer is placed best for their needs. * Resolve customer issues, process payments, answer questions, process endorsements. * Maintain an in-depth understanding of the software, products, and processes used by the organization. * Maintain high call quality (QA) score, process adherence, and productivity metrics. * All other duties as assigned. **Requirements** * Resident state P&C license required * Strong attention to detail/accuracy when collecting and entering data. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Two plus years of customer service experience in the non-standard market in a multi-insurance carrier/rater environment preferred. * Experience working in a high-volume and fast-paced call center environment. * Ability to multi-task using multiple screens, navigating several carrier platforms and systems simultaneously. * Strong reliable internet connection. * Proactive in one's own development; welcomes coaching as an opportunity to improve. * High energy and enjoys working in a combined team/goal-oriented environment. * Experience with named non-owner policies, understanding SR-22, and FR-44 state fillings is a plus. * Bilingual (English/Spanish), highly desired. **What You Can Expect from blithequark** * We will set you up for success with a paid training period either on-site or from home. * Starting salary range is $41,600.00-$43,680.00, DOE + monthly incentive, target of $500 per month + 401(k) + benefits. * An investment in our employees' professional development and growth. * On-going professional training following on-site training, for updates to operations and procedures via our online learning system called Litmos. * The ability to work remotely without the need for you to relocate. * A comprehensive and highly competitive benefits package, including: + Dental Insurance + Health Insurance + Vision Insurance + 401(k) + Paid Holidays + Paid Time Off + Ongoing Professional Training online via Litmos + And more **Equal Employment Opportunity** It is and will continue to be the policy of blithequark to practice a program of equal employment opportunity designed to assure that employment and advancement opportunities are made available to all employees and applicants on the basis of individual qualifications and without unlawful regard to race, religion, color, veteran status, national origin, disability, age, gender identity, sexual orientation, sex, or genetic information. **Ready to Join the Team?** If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
