Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service and support via phone and email, addressing product and sales-related questions, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner. Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of new and existing products, policies, and merchandising information to effectively assist customers and promote sales. Communicate customer issues and feedback to management, recommending improvements in products, packaging, shipping, service, or billing methods and procedures to prevent future problems. Expertly utilize inventory and ordering systems to efficiently and effectively assist customers, complete orders, and maintain accurate records. Assist with product inventories as directed, and contribute to the development of inventory management processes. Proactively generate sales and promote Blithequark products, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell. Process customer requests for order placement in a timely, accurate, and professional manner, ensuring seamless order fulfillment. Respond effectively to inquiries or complaints, resolving issues and providing solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations. Requirements and Qualifications: Essential Qualifications: Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and management. Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. Solid organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records, manage multiple customer accounts, and perform under pressure. Knowledge of current materials, methods, tools, and equipment (including technology) used in business operations. Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and functional teams to coordinate effective solutions. Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines, with a strong focus on quality and accuracy. Ability to work with minimum supervision, taking ownership of tasks and responsibilities. Preferred Qualifications: 2-3 years of experience in inside sales and customer service, preferably in a similar industry. Experience with EDI systems, or willingness to learn. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
