You will work closely with our team to ensure that customer issues are resolved efficiently and effectively, while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor at all times. **Key Responsibilities** * Assist customers telephonically and non-telephonically with service and support issues * Resolve problems utilizing department tools, resources, business judgment, and expertise, and appropriate partnerships with field/stores resulting in increased customer satisfaction and retention * Act as a positive role model by demonstrating continuous performance improvement, solid business skills, and support of department and company objectives * Ensure productivity, revenue generation, and quality levels are met to meet and exceed customer expectations * Use courteous and professional language * Work effectively in a team environment * Create a win-win resolution to problems **Essential Qualifications** * Must live within 1.5 hours of Mason, OH * High School or GED required (Associates Degree preferred) * 2+ years' experience in high-volume call center experience * Medical related background (medical billing, claims experience, in-office experience in a medical setting) or Insurance experience is a plus * Ability to produce quality and professional written correspondence with customers * Ability to demonstrate and perform basic math * Must have critical thinking skills, problem-solving, and adaptable abilities * Must have high-speed internet * Must be able to connect hardwire/ethernet, NO hotspots/WIFI * Intermediate PC knowledge, working knowledge of Windows operating systems, proficient with Microsoft Office, fluent with Internet and mainstream web browsers * Commitment to providing resolution to customer issues on the first contact * Strong English comprehension and a good command of grammar **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work effectively in a team environment * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work effectively in a team environment * Strong customer service skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Strong English comprehension and a good command of grammar * Ability to produce quality and professional written correspondence with customers * Ability to demonstrate and perform basic math **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing opportunities for growth and development, and we're proud to offer a range of training and development programs to help you achieve your career goals.
