As a remote call center customer service representative, you'll be part of a team that's passionate about making a real impact in the lives of our clients and the millions of people who count on them. **Job Summary** As a Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative, you will be the initial point of contact for inquiries from potential and existing Iowa Medicaid Program recipients and affiliates.
