Job Summary We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused First Notice of Loss (FNOL) Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing quality inbound communication services, recording FNOL claims, and ensuring excellent customer experiences. This is a unique opportunity to work remotely and be part of a dynamic team that values innovation and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Accept inbound calls from engineers, technicians, and field operators reporting FNOL and provide effective communication while accurately entering data into a customized database. Report underground damage to locate companies when applicable and provide outstanding service to customer representatives. Analyze photos and map the correct location, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills. Participate in special projects and contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes. Maintain a high level of productivity, meeting talk time, not ready time, and service level standards. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Skills and Abilities: Ability to type a minimum of 55 wpm, error-free, and fully competent with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PDFs, and internet searches. Advanced phone and verbal communication skills, active listening skills, and excellent written and reading skills. Must be able to analyze and interpret photos to determine damage and establish an appropriate work environment within your home for work purposes. 6 months to 1-year previous customer service call center experience required, with experience with Microsoft Teams a plus. High School Diploma or equivalent. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in the subrogation industry or a related field. Certifications in customer service or a related field. What We Offer Compensation and Benefits: blithequark offers a competitive compensation package, including: A tiered support bonus system with potential earnings of $105, $150, or $205 per pay period. An FNOL Incentive Program offering high-performers an opportunity to earn an additional $10 per day. Paid time off, accrued at a rate of 5 hours per pay period, equal to 3 weeks in your first full year. $50/month towards your internet service cost. A matched 401k plan. Pre-employment drug screenings and criminal background checks are mandatory.
