Position Overview We're hiring an Inbound Call Center Customer Care Associate to support our e-commerce brands. This is a remote role, with occasional in-office meetings near Carrollton, Texas. As a Customer Care Associate, you will work in a collaborative, yet autonomous environment, delivering exceptional support to our customers across various channels. What You'll Do Deliver exceptional and efficient support for customer inquiries across various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Guide customers through product selection, purchases, order status, tracking details, and returns, ensuring a smooth shopping experience. Address and resolve fulfillment issues promptly and effectively. Accurately document cases and utilize internal tools to ensure seamless communication, effective follow-up, and keeping customer information up to date. Who We're Looking For We're looking for experienced Customer Service Representatives who possess excellent communication skills, technical aptitude, and a passion for helping others. To succeed in this role, you should: Have at least 1 year of experience in an inbound call center role, ideally within e-commerce. Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to efficiently multitask with accuracy. Be self-motivated and able to work independently, managing time effectively while handling multiple customer inquiries. Be motivated by performance metrics, consistently meeting or exceeding targets in response time, customer sentiment, and resolution rates. Have quick and effective problem-solving abilities. Have a positive, solution-focused approach with a genuine passion for helping others. Have a minimum high school diploma and the ability to type at least 40 wpm.
