Job Summary As a Remote Medicare Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service to individuals seeking guidance on Medicare coverage and products. This seasonal position requires a 40-hour work week, with flexible hours between 6am-2am, Monday through Sunday. You will utilize your knowledge and expertise to help customers understand their coverage options, select the right products and services, and provide follow-up support as needed. Key Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service via a mostly inbound call model, responding to customer inquiries with compassion and active listening Assist individuals in understanding their Medicare coverage options and selecting the right products, services, and solutions to meet their personal health and financial needs Make outbound calls to provide follow-up support when needed and identify additional needs customers may have Help customers upgrade products or services and provide solutions in an efficient manner Collaborate with colleagues as a team player to achieve shared goals and objectives Maintain patient privacy and adhere to HIPAA guidelines Essential Qualifications: Current Health insurance license in your state of residence High-speed internet access (>15 mbps) Minimum six (6) months of sales experience High school diploma or equivalent Computer savvy with proficiency in software applications Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines and maintain patient confidentiality Preferred Qualifications: Bilingual in Spanish (offering a competitive hourly rate of $24/hour) Previous experience in customer service or a related field Familiarity with Medicare products and services What We Offer At Blithequark, we are committed to providing a supportive and dynamic work environment that fosters growth and development.
