As a Remote Customer Care Agent, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the travel package process, from initial consultation to post-trip follow-up. Foster teamwork by collaborating with and helping teammates with a positive and professional attitude. Surprise and delight each client by innovating and consistently delivering exceptional experiences. Respond to client requests and questions as directed. Apply for payments and send out payment reminders. Manage flight changes and seat assignments. Concierge-related details for clients, such as spa, touring, dinner reservations. Correspond with clients on preferences, assist with arranging surprises and welcome notes, and notify hotels of client preferences no later than 1 week before departure. Prepare client documents and travel tips, either electronically or hard copies – advising of what should be printed, etc. no later than 3 weeks before departure. As needed, assist with distributing information to and coordinating internal and/or team needs. Update daily activity, reporting, and status in cloud-based CRM. Set schedules and manage time effectively and efficiently. Manage client profiles and bookings. Serve as backup travel support/main point of contact as needed in case of emergencies (can occur outside of normal office hours). Continue to grow in savvy and proficiency to implement tools to heighten our remote workplace culture. **Criteria Include** To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualities: Essential Qualities Must be a driven self-starter, positive thinker, proactive, and trustworthy.
