You'll be the face of arenaflex, representing our brand and values to our customers. responsibilities: * **Exemplify arenaflex's Core Values and Mission Statement**: Live out our culture by embodying our core values and mission statement in every interaction with our customers. * **Foster Teamwork**: Collaborate with and help teammates with a positive and professional attitude, ensuring that our team is working together seamlessly to deliver exceptional customer experiences. * **Surprise and Delight Each Client**: Innovate and find new ways to surprise and delight our customers, ensuring that every interaction is a positive one. * **Respond to Client Requests and Questions**: Respond promptly and professionally to client requests and questions, ensuring that our customers feel heard and supported. * **Apply for Payments and Send Out Payment Reminders**: Apply for payments and send out payment reminders in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that our customers are aware of their financial obligations. * **Manage Flight Changes and Seat Assignments**: Manage flight changes and seat assignments with ease, ensuring that our customers' travel plans are adjusted smoothly and efficiently. * **Concierge-Related Details**: Provide concierge-related details for clients, such as spa, touring, and dinner reservations, ensuring that our customers have a seamless and enjoyable travel experience. * **Correspond with Clients**: Correspond with clients on preferences, assisting with arranging surprises and welcome notes, and notifying hotels of client preferences no later than 1 week before departure. * **Prepare Client Documents and Travel Tips**: Prepare client documents and travel tips, either electronically or in hard copy, advising of what should be printed, etc. no later than 3 weeks before departure. * **Update Daily Activity, Reporting, and Status**: Update daily activity, reporting, and status in our cloud-based CRM, ensuring that our team is informed and up-to-date on customer interactions. * **Set Schedules and Manage Time Effectively**: Set schedules and manage time effectively and efficiently, ensuring that our customers receive timely and professional service. * **Manage Client Profiles and Bookings**: Manage client profiles and bookings with ease, ensuring that our customers' travel plans are accurately reflected in our system. * **Serve as Backup Travel Support/Main Point of Contact**: Serve as backup travel support/main point of contact as needed in case of emergencies, ensuring that our customers receive prompt and professional support. **Criteria Include** To be successful in this role, you'll need to
