Key Responsibilities As a Chat Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in our customer care team, providing top-notch support to our clients through live chats, emails, and phone interactions. Your primary responsibilities will include: Responding to incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns in a timely, accurate, and professional manner. Evaluating customer interactions and escalating issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary, ensuring seamless resolution and customer satisfaction. Building strong relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs, promoting interest in our products and services. Providing administrative support to the customer service team, including assisting with overflow work and other duties as needed. Consistently achieving established standards of the position, continually portraying and projecting a positive and professional image of blithequark. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Previous experience in customer service, preferably in an e-commerce or similar environment, with a strong background in email, chat, and phone support. Technological savviness, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate customer interactions and escalate issues when necessary.
