Company Restructuring and Renovations: Assist clients with company restructuring, reorganisations, and other corporate changes, managing the financial and regulatory aspects of these transitions smoothly. Compliance and Registration Tasks: Handle registration tasks, manage updates to company details with regulatory bodies, and ensure compliance with Companies House and HMRC requirements. Liaison with Financial Authorities: Act as the primary point of contact for HMRC and other financial authorities, responding to inquiries and ensuring compliance across all areas of financial reporting and taxation. Client Account Management: Oversee bookkeeping, VAT returns, tax planning, and financial analysis for clients, providing accurate financial insights and proactive advice. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Registered Accountant: ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or other recognised UK accounting qualification. Solid Experience: Corporate accounting and company formations in the UK. Deep Knowledge: UK tax law, HMRC regulations, and financial reporting requirements. Strong Analytical Skills: Attention to detail to ensure precise financial reporting and compliance. Excellent Communication Skills: Manage client relationships effectively and liaise with financial authorities. Proficiency in Accounting Software: Inform Direct, QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, and Microsoft Office Suite.
