As a key member of our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team, you'll be responsible for providing financial insights and analysis to support business decisions. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving business growth, improving financial performance, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. **Key Responsibilities** As an FP&A Examiner, you'll have the following key responsibilities: * Analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges * Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and reports to support business decisions * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements * Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies * Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership and management * Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including finance, operations, and sales teams * Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * 3+ years of experience in a financial planning and analysis role, preferably in the healthcare industry * Strong knowledge of financial planning, analysis, and reporting principles * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis * Experience with financial planning and analysis software, such as Hyperion or Prophet * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present financial insights to senior leadership and management **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial: * Experience working in a large public organization, preferably in the healthcare industry * Knowledge of medical coverage industry terminology and concepts * Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks under tight deadlines * Experience with Ariba or other procurement software * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Mathematics, or equivalent experience **What We Offer** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment that fosters growth and development.
