Our mission is to future-proof our business to meet the evolving needs of our customers today and tomorrow. **A Day in the Life** As an Automation Specialist at arenaflex, you'll work closely with our global production network teams to identify, design, and implement automation solutions that drive business outcomes. Your goal will be to leverage cutting-edge technologies, including automation, artificial intelligence, and augmented reality, to deliver improved operational efficiency, reduced costs, and enhanced customer experiences. You'll be responsible for: * Influencing automation project decisions and plans for each arenaflex market (country) to incorporate solutions and capital investments required to achieve operational objectives * Developing business cases that are executive-ready to demonstrate the need for change or expansion of resources * Leading and impacting projects to investigate, design, test, and deploy technology into stores, distribution centers, and fulfillment facilities across various global markets * Identifying new automation technologies and innovations in the supply chain space and collaborating with the development lab to test and evaluate their fit with arenaflex operations and systems * Defining and training market groups and leaders on Automation Best Practices, including Office Configuration, Interaction Stream, and End-to-End impacts on the Store Network (Upstream-Downstream) * Developing market groups and stakeholders to identify operational needs and test, pilot, and scale new automation innovations **What You'll Bring** To succeed in this role, you'll need to demonstrate: * Proven experience in identifying automation solutions, designing process flows, and implementing automation projects * Knowledge of material handling cycles and automation solutions available across the industry * Working knowledge of automation suppliers and their solution capabilities * Ability to work with and influence internal leaders and design teams across markets and cultures * Capacity to build collaborative relationships with external automation vendors to drive co-innovation of new solutions **The Ideal Candidate** If you're a seasoned automation professional with a passion for innovation and a drive to deliver exceptional results, we want to hear from you.
