This will include: Providing creative social media content to be posted to our social media channels Cueing and demonstrating proper body alignment and form Programming content in alignment with industry standards for a variety of fitness levels using Sunny Health & Fitness equipment Ensuring a safe and enjoyable training environment through significant and suitably challenging programming Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have: A strong passion for fitness and a desire to inspire others Excellent communication and leadership skills The ability to work well with others and create a positive and supportive training environment A professional certification from a reputable organization such as NASM, ACSM, ACE, ISSA, NCSA, ACM, ANSI, NCEP, or AFAA A minimum of 3+ years of experience as a certified group fitness coach or instructor, or personal trainer Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: A Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology or Exercise Science 2+ years of experience as an on-camera instructor and the ability to present with confidence, warmth, and expertise A love for music and experience teaching dance, choreography, or movement tied to a beat The ability to improvise verbal cues and inspirational motivation A personal mission to share something positive and inspiring with the world A unique personality that shines bright and the ability to engage with a social community online Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to have: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills The ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong leadership and motivational skills The ability to create engaging and challenging content for a variety of fitness levels Strong attention to detail and the ability to ensure a safe and enjoyable training environment Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Sunny Health & Fitness, we are committed to helping our team members grow and develop in their careers.
