Key Responsibilities and Expectations Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions and lead guided group stretching classes for up to 6 clients, providing a world-class stretching experience that meets the unique needs and goals of each client. Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions, helping them to achieve their full potential and reach their wellness goals. Build StretchLab membership and retain current clientele through sales and outreach to leads, leveraging your communication skills and passion for our brand to drive growth and engagement. Manage client care by delivering a best-in-class stretching experience, updating client notes consistently, and booking client's weekly recurring appointments, ensuring seamless and personalized service. Ensure the safety of clients in regards to proper stretch techniques and enforce StretchLab policies and safety rules, maintaining a secure and supportive environment for all clients. Handle member concerns when applicable, providing empathetic and effective solutions that meet the needs of our clients and uphold the reputation of our brand. Assist Sales Associates and General Manager with studio tours and sales as needed, contributing to the growth and success of our studio. Maintain a strong social media presence to promote client membership and retention, sharing your passion for StretchLab and our services with your network and the wider community. Clean and maintain all equipment to ensure it is available for client use at any given time, upholding the high standards of our studio and delivering exceptional client experiences. Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices in the assisted stretching industry. Essential Qualifications and Requirements Fitness certification required, with a strong foundation in anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics. Availability to work 20+ hours a week, with flexibility to accommodate the needs of our clients and the studio. Love of boutique fitness environment and a passion for stretching, mobility, and flexibility, with a desire to share this passion with others and make a positive impact on their lives. Experience working in a fitness/health environment, providing hands-on training with clients in roles such as Personal Trainer, Massage Therapist, Physical Therapist, or Pilates or Yoga Instructor. Fantastic communication skills and the ability to exude empathy, creating a positive environment that welcomes all people and makes them feel valued and supported. Preferred Qualifications and Skills Previous experience as a Flexologist or in a related field, with a deep understanding of the principles and practices of assisted stretching. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical and effective way. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances, with a flexible and positive attitude.
