Job Overview We are seeking a talented and driven individual to join our Finance Rotational Program, a two-year development program designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of our finance organization. As a Finance Rotational Partner, you will have the opportunity to work with different internal client groups, develop financial analysis and solutions, and contribute to the growth and success of our business. This part-time remote role offers a unique chance to gain valuable experience, build relationships, and develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with internal client groups, such as retail operations, consumer products, and global businesses, to develop financial analysis and drive solutions for growth Prepare financial statements, assist with month-end and quarter-end close activities, and develop forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis for four distinct finance or accounting offices Share your development plans and receive regular guidance from senior finance management Build relationships across the finance organization and develop a strong network of professionals Essential Qualifications Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or Master's program in Accounting or a related field Preference for Finance, Accounting, or Economics majors Bachelor's degree required Preferred Qualifications Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills Financial intuition and ability to organize data into actionable insights Strong work ethic and cross-functional collaborative mindset Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt to multiple priorities and meet deadlines Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing Career Growth and Development Opportunities At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our partners.
