Key Responsibilities Answer and direct incoming calls to appropriate departments or personnel. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner. Process orders and ensure timely follow-up with customers. Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and enhance service delivery. Provide administrative support as needed, including filing documents and preparing reports. Uphold company policies and procedures while ensuring customer satisfaction.
