Job Overview The successful candidate will be responsible for performing entry-level application administration tasks, including manual data entry, organization, and user setup in Link. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to start their career in application administration, with a focus on data entry, customer service, and technical skills. The ideal candidate will have excellent typing skills, be proficient in Word and Excel, and have a strong command of the English language, with bilingual skills in English and Spanish being a plus. Key Responsibilities Manually build organizations and users in Link as part of the Beacon-to-Link migration project Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and speed, meeting a minimum of 40 words per minute Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers, including end-users, doctors, and nurses Work closely with the development team to support the migration of orgs, accounts, users, and select Orders components Collaborate with the divisions to support their needs and work a shift that supports their division, ranging from 8AM-5PM, 9AM-6PM, 10AM-7PM, 11AM-8PM EST Participate in a 3-minute IKM assessment to evaluate typing skills and accuracy Essential Qualifications High school graduate or equivalent Excellent typing skills, with a minimum of 40 words per minute Strong command of the English language, with bilingual skills in English and Spanish being a plus Proficient in Word and Excel Reliable internet connection Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Preferred Qualifications Any tier 1 helpdesk experience and triage experience Previous experience in application administration or a related field Strong customer service skills and experience working with internal and external customers Ability to work independently and as part of a team Skills and Competencies The successful candidate will possess excellent technical skills, including proficiency in Word and Excel, as well as strong customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
