About the Job As an Enterprise Customer Engineer, Data Analytics, and Technology Solutions Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a pivotal role in partnering with technical sales teams to differentiate arenaflex's cloud solutions and architectures to customers. Your expertise in data analytics will help prospective and existing customers understand the benefits of arenaflex's cloud offerings, develop creative solutions to solve business challenges, and troubleshoot technical questions and roadblocks related to database migrations, data back ends, and all aspects of the data life-cycle. Key Responsibilities Work with teams across North America to identify and qualify business opportunities, understand key customer objections, and develop strategies to resolve technical blockers in relation to aspects of the data life-cycle. Share data analytics expertise to support the technical relationship with customers, including advocacy, supporting bid responses, product and solution briefings, proof-of-concept work, and partnering with product management to prioritize solutions impacting adoption to arenaflex's cloud platform. Identify business and technical requirements, conduct full technical discovery, and architect client solutions to meet gathered requirements. Prepare and deliver sales messaging to highlight the value proposition of arenaflex's cloud platform, using techniques such as whiteboards, presentations, product demonstrations, whitepapers, and RFI responses. Interlock with Product Management and influence the product roadmap through thought leadership, providing customer feedback, and triaging blockers to workload migrations. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 6 years of experience with cloud-native architecture in a customer-facing or support role. Experience engaging with, and presenting to, technical stakeholders and executive leaders. Experience with Big Data technologies or concepts, such as analytics warehousing, data processing, data transformation, data governance, data migrations, ETL, ELT, SQL, NoSQL, performance or scalability optimizations, or batch versus streaming. Preferred Qualifications Experience in technical sales or consulting in cloud computing, data analytics, or Big Data. Experience with architecture design, implementing, tuning, schema design, and query optimization of scalable and distributed systems. Experience with aspects of cloud computing (infrastructure, storage, platforms, and data), as well as the cloud market, engaged dynamics, and customer buying behavior. Experience with developing data warehousing, data lakes, batch/real-time event processing, streaming, data processing (ETL/ELT), data migrations, data visualization tools, and data governance on cloud-native architectures. Understanding of customer requirements, with the ability to break down requirements and design technical architectures. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package that includes a base salary, bonus, equity, and benefits. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $159,000-$239,000, depending on location and experience. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, and we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
