As a key player in the industry, we're now seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Manager to join our team and drive business growth for our enterprise clients across Amazon, DTC, and Retail Media. About the Role As an Enterprise Account Manager at Workwarp, you will be responsible for coordinating, implementing, tracking, and optimizing digital campaigns for our enterprise clients across various service lines, including digital advertising, creative, email/sms, organic social, and SEO. You will serve as the primary point of contact and client success manager for 1-2 brands, depending on the client's size, and work closely with our team leads to ensure a 360-degree view of the client relationship. Key Responsibilities Ensure our enterprise clients achieve their revenue and budget goals through effective campaign management and optimization. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and aligning our services to meet their needs. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, creative, back-end operations, and analytics, to ensure seamless execution of client campaigns and projects. Build strategic plans to maximize client growth and retention. Deliver high-quality client presentations, reports, and other communication materials. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to provide strategic recommendations to clients and internal teams. Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you should possess: 5+ years of experience in managing performance marketing scopes for enterprise clients. 5+ years of hands-on experience in Full-Service Amazon, Amazon Advertising, and DTC Marketing. Experience in financial reporting and forecasting. Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders. A passion for delivering exceptional client experiences and problem-solving. Strong KPI-driven mindset with the soft skills to manage high-level relationships with both clients and internal employees. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred Qualifications and Skills To stand out as an ideal candidate, you should also possess: Experience in consumer products, with a background in CPG, fashion, beauty, or home being a plus. Self-driven with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent planning, project management, and time management skills, with the ability to self-manage numerous projects in a fast-paced environment. Creativity and experience in bringing new programs and ideas to fruition. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork and the ability to foster and maintain relationships across multiple businesses and organizations. Your First 30, 60, and 90 Days Here's a glimpse into what you can expect in your first few months as an Enterprise Account Manager at Workwarp: In your first 30 days, you'll understand your clients, our systems, and start tracking KPIs. You'll begin to evaluate current client strategies and provide improvement recommendations. In your first 60 days, you'll lead external calls with enterprise clients and internal calls. You'll initiate regular check-ins with the account management team and present mock presentations to internal management. In your first 90 days, you'll establish regular communication channels with clients to gather feedback and ensure ongoing satisfaction.
