Key Responsibilities: Delivering Exceptional Client Success Utilize client relationship management software (Salesforce) to facilitate the process of responding to customer calls and addressing customer concerns Resolve client inquiries, complex scenarios, and concerns with confidence, relationship building, and listening skills Support clients with empathy, understanding, and subject matter knowledge, ensuring a positive client experience Document client discussions clearly and concisely, maintaining accurate and up-to-date account documentation Present settlement proposals to clients for approval, guiding them towards their financial goals Demonstrate strong working knowledge of client service processes, using an internal knowledge base to provide exceptional support Assist clients who may be facing creditor legal action, providing guidance and support throughout the process Escalate and direct clients to managers, team leads, and other departments as needed, ensuring seamless issue resolution Essential Qualifications: The Ideal Candidate To succeed as a Client Success Agent at National Debt Relief, you should possess: A high school diploma or GED; a college degree is preferred 2+ years of experience working in a relationship-based support role 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a financial or banking organization Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, with an acute attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Soft Skills Qualifications: The National Debt Relief Difference In addition to the essential qualifications, we are looking for individuals who possess the following soft skills: The ability to attain and maintain high performance expectations on a monthly basis The capacity to work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting The skill to clearly explain details about our debt settlement program to current clients The ability to recall details of calls with clients and record those details accurately in Salesforce Exceptional multi-tasking skills, with the ability to navigate multiple computer systems The ability to de-escalate stressful situations and support vulnerable clients A professional and patient demeanor, even in difficult discussions A willingness to take constructive feedback and continuously improve What We Offer: A Comprehensive Benefits Package and Career Growth Opportunities At National Debt Relief, we are committed to supporting the growth and development of our employees.
