Key Responsibilities Receive and respond to English inbound calls in a professional and courteous manner, addressing customer concerns and providing timely resolutions. Place outbound calls to existing English clients and customers, fostering strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met. Answer questions from English customers, provide product and service information, and forward messages to clients as necessary. Meet and exceed Quality Assurance requirements and other key performance metrics, demonstrating a commitment to service excellence and continuous improvement. Maintain a working knowledge of blithequark's products, services, and promotions for our clients, staying up-to-date on new developments and offerings. Essential Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will possess: Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Flexible availability to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends, with a minimum of 8 hours per day between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with strong listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objectives. A strong work ethic and self-starter mentality, with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities, adapt to change, and thrive in a fast-paced professional environment. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to learn and navigate new software quickly, with a goal-oriented approach and professional work ethics. Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center setting, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and meeting performance targets. Leadership skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and reliable transportation to ensure consistent and reliable internet connectivity. Work-At-Home (WAH) Requirements To perform this role successfully, you will need to meet the following technical requirements: A PC or laptop with at least Windows 10 (Apple/Mac products, Chromebooks, and tablets are not compatible). A hard-wired high-speed internet connection (ethernet cable) with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload. A USB-connected headset and webcam, with a quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions, including pets and children.
