Job Overview The Remote Contact Center Chat Representative will play a vital role in our organization, serving as a one-stop shop for our members' needs through various channels, including chat, messaging, email, and phone. Key Responsibilities Efficiently and effectively answer member inquiries, solve problems, and assist with transactions and lending inquiries through digital channels, including email, web and mobile messaging, chat, and text. Provide support to ensure online membership applications are completed and submitted within a timely manner. Effectively discuss members' needs on financial matters through multiple remote technology secured/unsecured access channels. Act as a subject matter expert for all online products and services, including Online Banking, Bill Pay, Mobile Deposit, External Transfers, Online Account Opening, Mobile Banking, Chat, and Text Support. Maintain a strong working knowledge of blithequark's products and services. Cross-sell blithequark products and services, and open and close deposit accounts of all types. Essential Qualifications A High School Diploma or equivalent. 1 year of experience in a customer service position. Excellent oral, written, and telephone communication skills. Strong problem-solving and member service skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially Word, Excel, and PPT. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a financial services or banking environment. Knowledge of financial products and services, including debit cards, disputes, deposits, NSF fees, transfers, and lending. Experience with sales and cross-selling techniques. Strong technical skills, including proficiency in digital channels and remote technology. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits We offer a competitive compensation package, including a hourly rate of $17.00 - $20.80, depending on experience.
