Position Overview As a valued member of our Energy Services team at arenaflex, the Data Entry Clerk will play a pivotal role in maintaining organized, accurate, and up-to-date digital files. This critical position supports the day-to-day operations of our Energy Services Programs, ensuring seamless delivery of services to our clients. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Data Management: Input and maintain updated client status records in the Statewide Client Service Center, ensuring that all information reflects the current production pipeline accurately and in real-time. Communication Management: Monitor emails, log documents, and communications in the Monday.com platform upon receipt, ensuring prompt and efficient handling of all communications. Database Management: Follow program guidelines for the use of all required database systems, including but not limited to Monday.com, CMS, CSG eConservation, HEARTWAP, LIHEAP, In Demand, etc., to maintain data integrity and compliance. File Management: Maintain organized digital and paper participant files in accordance with program guidelines, ensuring compliance with agency and funder requirements, and adhering to strict confidentiality standards. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with program staff to support, enhance, and promote communication and consistency in the delivery of services, contributing to a cohesive team environment. Clerical Support: Assist with various clerical duties such as filing, mailings, phone coverage, etc., to ensure the smooth operation of the department. Remote Work Commitment: Maintain availability for remote work, including attending virtual meetings, calls, responding to emails, and conducting regular duties as needed, with a high level of self-motivation and discipline. Professional Development: Attend all required staff meetings, supervision, training, and contractual meetings. Participate in mandatory agency training and other relevant professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge. Confidentiality and Compliance: Ensure strict confidentiality is maintained in all aspects of the role, adhering to arenaflex's policies and procedures, as well as legal requirements. Required Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need: An Associate degree or equivalent professional experience, demonstrating a foundation in data management, administration, or a related field. At least two years of experience in Human Services or a related field, or applicable work experience working with diverse individuals and families with low incomes, showcasing your ability to work with sensitivity and understanding. Additional appropriate education may be substituted for experience, or additional directly related experience may be substituted for education, allowing for a balance of academic and practical knowledge. Bilingual in Spanish is preferred, as it will enable you to communicate effectively with a broader range of clients and stakeholders, enhancing your ability to make a positive impact.
