Position Overview: ENERGY SERVICES DATA ENTRY CLERK – Remote | WFH As a valued member of our team at blithequark, the Data Entry Clerk will play a crucial role in maintaining organized and up-to-date digital files to support the day-to-day operations of our Energy Services Programs. This position offers a hybrid work model, combining remote work with time in our office, providing a flexible work environment that suits your lifestyle. As a key contributor to our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from data entry and record management to email and document management, and collaboration with program staff to support the delivery of services. Key Responsibilities: Data Entry and Record Management: Input and maintain updated client status records in the Statewide Client Service Center, reflecting the current production pipeline. This will involve ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all data entry, as well as maintaining organized digital files and records. Email and Document Management: Monitor emails, logging documents, and communications in the Monday.com platform upon receipt. This will require strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Database Management: Follow program guidelines for the use of all required database systems, including Monday.com, CMS, CSG eConservation, HEARTWAP, LIHEAP, In Demand, etc. This will involve developing a strong understanding of our database systems and ensuring that all data entry is accurate and up-to-date. File Organization and Compliance: Maintain organized digital and paper participant files in accordance with program guidelines, ensuring compliance with agency and funder requirements. This will require strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with program staff to support, enhance, and promote communication and consistency in the delivery of services. This will involve developing strong relationships with colleagues, communicating effectively, and contributing to a positive and supportive team environment. Administrative Support: Assist with various clerical duties, such as filing, mailings, phone coverage, etc. This will require strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Remote Work and Meetings: Maintain availability for remote work, attending meetings, calls, responding to emails, and conducting regular duties as needed. This will require strong self-motivation, discipline, and the ability to work independently. Professional Development: Attend all required staff meetings, supervision, training, and contractual meetings. Participate in mandatory agency training and other relevant professional development activities. Essential and Preferred Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need: Education and Experience: Associate degree or equivalent professional experience. Two years of experience in Human Service or a related field, or applicable work experience working with diverse individuals and families with low incomes. This will involve developing a strong understanding of the human services sector, as well as the ability to work effectively with diverse populations. Additional Qualifications: Additional appropriate education may be substituted for experience, or additional directly related experience may be substituted for education.
