Key Responsibilities Be a customer champion, committed to creating exceptional customer experiences that meet our service standards. Partner with operational leadership to identify barriers to customer success and support a culture of continuous improvement. Own your commitments, ensuring your efforts align with departmental goals and objectives to drive eBay's overall success. Handle inbound calls within a queue, ensuring consistent customer outcomes and demonstrating commercial awareness to build customer loyalty and enable business growth. Foster positive relationships within your network, building a trusted, open, and fun work environment. Essential Qualifications 2+ years of call center or relevant customer service experience. Excellent communication skills, with a high level of empathy and emotional intelligence. Digital proficiency in navigating web-based and e-commerce specific software applications, office suites, instant messaging, and internet searches. Customer-centric approach, maintaining a high level of customer care in complex situations. Skilled and insightful in understanding customer needs, with the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a remote or virtual environment. Familiarity with eBay's platform and policies. Previous experience in a role that requires handling multiple priorities and meeting performance metrics. Skills and Competencies Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including: Starting pay of $20.00/hr, with differentials for swing and weekend shifts.
