As an Account Manager, you'll play a crucial role in growing our 3P marketplace in the USA, acquiring, developing, and managing high-value debts that enhance our product selection, pricing, and customer experience. About Amazon's 3P Marketplace Amazon's 3P marketplace is a platform where third-party sellers can list and sell their products to customers worldwide. As an Account Manager, you'll be responsible for identifying and onboarding high-potential sellers to our platform, providing them with best practices and insights to help them succeed, and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Market Analysis and Insights : Develop a thorough understanding of the marketplace segment, seasonality, and global trends, and monitor competitor efforts to stay ahead of the curve. Seller Acquisition and Onboarding : Identify, prospect, and acquire high-ability sellers to our platform through direct sales visits, events, and presentations. Seller Enablement and Support : Guide sellers through sharing best practices of online selling, including data-driven insights that help them achieve high standards of delivery, customer experience, and business objectives. Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to recognize and resolve vendor issues, ensuring seamless communication and problem-solving. Performance and Growth : Exceed income objectives using consultative and solutions-focused processes, and demonstrate achievement in promoting nascent products/offering into new markets. Primary Qualifications Bachelor's Degree : A Bachelor's degree is required. Business Experience : 1-3 years of successful business-class sales experience, preferably in e-commerce, technology, retail, or FMCG industries. Sales Achievement : Demonstrated achievement in exceeding income objectives using consultative and solutions-focused processes. Communication and Presentation : Advanced conversation and presentation abilities, with a strong working understanding of Excel and MS Office programs. Analytical and Quantitative Skills : Advanced analytical abilities and quantitative skills, with the ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment. Commercial Enterprise Judgment : Remarkable commercial enterprise judgment with strong written and oral communication talents. Preferred Qualifications E-commerce Experience : 2+ years of e-commerce experience is a plus. Consumer Electronics Experience : 3+ years of experience in the consumer electronics sector is a plus. Direct Sales Experience : 3+ years of direct sales experience is a plus.
