Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and skilled Dutch Customer Service Representative to support customers from the Netherlands and Belgium. As a key member of our team, you will provide top-notch customer service via phone, chat, and email, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of customer inquiries. Key Responsibilities Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email to resolve their queries and concerns Track and follow cases to ensure they are closed efficiently and in a timely manner Maintain high customer satisfaction, representing a major brand and upholding its values Assist customers in managing and securing their accounts and passwords Set up repairs for hardware-related issues and escalate unresolved cases to 2nd level support Interaction Experts Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions Essential Qualifications Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) Advanced English knowledge (written and spoken) Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology, is preferred Prior customer support experience would be an advantage Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to think critically Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in the IT or technology industry Knowledge of customer service software and tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations What We Offer In return for your skills and experience, we offer a competitive monthly salary, plus two extra salaries per year.
