As a member of our team, you'll have access to cutting-edge technology, ongoing training and development opportunities, and a competitive compensation package. **Responsibilities** As a Driver Onboarding Specialist/Data Entry Clerk, your key responsibilities will include: * Reviewing applications, insurance documents, and vehicle registration documents for accuracy and eligibility * Conducting virtual vehicle safety inspections with qualified driver-applicants (training provided) * Communicating with delivery professionals via text, chat, and email about the status of their applications * Ordering driver applicants' pre-employment background checks using company software **Experience** While experience in recruiting/onboarding gig app workers or data entry, HR, or customer service is preferred, it's not required. We're looking for individuals with a strong desire to help others and a willingness to learn and grow. If you have an Associate's degree or above, that's a plus, but not a requirement. **Skills and Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy * Self-motivation and the ability to work independently * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal * Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment * Comfort with smartphone applications and web-based applications **Work Environment and Culture** As a remote-friendly company, we offer the flexibility to work from home or our downtown San Diego office.
