Key Responsibilities As a Driver Onboarding Specialist and Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include: Reviewing applications, insurance, and vehicle registration documents for accuracy and eligibility, ensuring that all necessary information is complete and up-to-date. Conducting virtual vehicle safety inspections with qualified driver-applicants, utilizing our state-of-the-art technology and following our comprehensive training program. Communicating with delivery professionals via text, chat, and email, providing them with timely updates on the status of their applications and ensuring that they have a positive onboarding experience. Ordering driver applicants' pre-employment background checks using our company software, adhering to our strict protocols and procedures. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have: An Associate's degree or above (preferred, but not required), demonstrating your commitment to education and personal growth. 1-2 years of experience in recruiting/onboarding gig app workers or working in data entry, HR, or customer service (preferred, not required), showcasing your ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional support. Strong attention to detail, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date. Self-motivation and the ability to work independently, with minimal supervision. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, allowing you to effectively interact with delivery professionals and internal stakeholders. Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
