Job Summary As a Donor Outreach Coordinator at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in supporting our mission by actively engaging with current, previous, and potential donors to schedule their next blood donation at a local blood drive. This is a remote opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home and make a difference in the lives of others. Key Responsibilities As a Donor Outreach Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include: Enhancing the donor experience by providing quality customer service while inspiring donors to realize their life-transforming potential Collaborating within a supportive team atmosphere, contributing to a positive work environment and goals Retaining donors by scheduling donation appointments, resolving customer service concerns, and consistently providing excellent customer service Coding donor records appropriately based on the information provided by donors and management Working closely with the team to achieve goals and objectives, and contributing to the overall success of the organization Schedule and Work Environment We offer a flexible schedule, with two options available: Tuesday - Saturday or Sunday - Thursday. Our operating hours are 10:30am - 7:00pm (AZ time), and you will have the opportunity to work from home and make a difference in the lives of others. Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: High School Diploma or GED required One year of customer service experience preferred Call center experience preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Proficiency in computer software and technology, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office What We Offer At arenaflex, we are committed to providing a comprehensive total rewards package that supports you, your family, and your future.
