About the Role The Work Wellness Coach is a remote position that involves providing virtual 1:1 coaching services to Amazon employees with ADA-qualifying cognitive and mental health disabilities. As a WWC, you'll work closely with employees to identify barriers related to their disability and create tailored coaching plans to overcome these challenges, ensuring they can excel in their roles. This is a unique chance to leverage your expertise in disability coaching and case management to drive positive outcomes and enhance Amazon's commitment to diversity and inclusion. Key Responsibilities Provide disability coaching, resource referrals, and support to employees with qualifying conditions, as well as relevant supervisors, Human Resources, and other partners to promote Amazon's retention efforts. Identify individual support needs and barriers related to disability, learning, and communication style, and develop coaching plans that cater to these needs. Improve employees' work habits, create systems and routines, and provide tools to manage day-to-day stressors, enhancing their overall well-being and job performance. Maintain seamless communication with stakeholders, including Accommodation Consultants, HRBPs, hiring managers, third-party vendors, and other DLS team members. Make accommodation recommendations and refer employees to internal and external resources, ensuring they receive the support they need. Research relevant training topics and conduct training sessions for DLS team members, HRBPs, and hiring managers as needed, promoting a culture of knowledge sharing and growth. Track trends related to case types and employment classifications, informing new program initiatives and driving continuous improvement. Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed as a Work Wellness Coach, you'll need: A Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of Amazon experience (blue badge/FTE). Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and drive solutions. Knowledge of federal and state disability laws and resources. Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, time management, and priority-setting skills. Ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with all levels of business contacts. Experience working with Vocational Rehabilitation and government programs. Experience in coaching or providing direct support to individuals with disabilities. Preferred Qualifications While not mandatory, the following qualifications can enhance your application: Experience in conducting investigative work, including claimant, witness, and target employee interviews, investigative data analysis, and production of investigative documentation. Experience developing policies and supporting documentation. Experience managing confidential and sensitive employee information, adhering to strict confidentiality standards. The base pay for this position ranges from $57,900/year to $123,800/year, depending on market location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
