Job Overview The Director of Healthcare Data Management will work collaboratively with the US Healthcare Group to identify and assess data adaptation opportunities, develop and implement strategies to improve data management processes, and provide operational support to the US Healthcare Procedure group. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of $76,000 per year and requires an 8-hour workday. The ideal candidate will be based in Illinois, USA, and will be expected to travel up to 20% of the time for business purposes. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, both internal and external, to develop and implement data adaptation strategies and improve data management processes Work with senior management to define goals and objectives, and develop plans to achieve them Provide operational support to the US Healthcare Procedure group, including managing channel entry business and benefit Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new data product/services clients, and act as a subject matter expert (SME) for data analysis and interpretation Participate in or contribute to regulatory or contractual reviews, RFP responses, and Statements of Work (SOW) for new agreements Work in a matrix environment to provide shared accountability for pharmaceutical manufacturer associations with Buying, Public Record Management, and Specialty Pharmacy Develop and maintain strong relationships with connections, and communicate arenaflex's needs regarding drugs, trade, specialty, program/item development, account management, and clinical services Responsible for a cross-functional influential role across arenaflex to create visibility and collaborative energies Support new business development by providing project plan and process details to make recommendations for new services and/or reporting/analytics capabilities Coach, mentor, and develop employees through guidance, training, and performance management programs to build employee confidence, motivation, and loyalty Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in a related field. You will also need to have experience collaborating with internal and external resources to develop systems that meet department and company objectives, as well as experience in project management, program organization, and analysis of manufacturer programs for Specialty Pharmacy services. Preferred Qualifications Preferred candidates will have at least 2 years of direct management, indirect management, and/or cross-functional team leadership experience, as well as experience contributing to financial decisions in the workplace. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to travel up to 20% of the time for business purposes.
