Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and skilled Pharmacist to join our team as a part-time remote data entry and patient care services provider. As a Pharmacist with arenaflex, you will be responsible for executing medical services procedures, driving patient wellbeing results, and ensuring compliance with clinical pharmacy services. You will also be responsible for processing prescriptions from a remote setting, providing clinical consultations and information to patients, physicians, and insurance plans, and maintaining current knowledge of the pharmacy industry. Key Responsibilities Carry out direct patient care programs, including but not limited to Drug Therapy Management programs, Vaccination Services, and Payer and Pharma Adherence and Clinical Projects. Drive the execution of multiple field-tested strategies and projects to ensure business needs are being met. Drive compliance and continuous quality improvement in the delivery of clinical pharmacy patient care and services by analyzing, assessing, and redesigning processes; monitoring and analyzing outcomes; and implementing changes. Ensure region pharmacies comply with regulatory compliance, standard operating procedures, and FDA guidelines. Drive local pharmacy financial performance by aligning business strategies to company financial objectives. Implement and execute patient intervention pharmacy programs to maximize financial performance. Uphold efforts on improving patient experience by increasing focus on healthcare services (e.g., patient consultation, medication management, drug therapy reviews, and retail, clinical, or health services, such as vaccinations, disease state management, and Specialty programs). Provide expertise, resources, education, and support to pharmacists and field leadership. Support staff training experiences and development opportunities. Conduct data and clinical reviews and making necessary actions to ensure accuracy and appropriateness of medications. Review drug records and patient profiles to ensure proper and safe medication treatment. Provide individualized patient/supplier consultation. Essential Qualifications Current Pharmacist license as allowed by the appropriate state licensing authority. Experience advancing colleagues to research and resolve issues. Experience working with confidential information. Able to work non-standard hours, which may include evenings, holidays, and/or weekends. Experience using time management skills, such as prioritizing/organizing and following details and meeting deadlines of multiple tasks with varying completion dates. Experience creating ways to achieve goals with minimal supervision, relying on oneself to complete objectives, and it is necessary to decide when to escalate issues. Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. Preferred Qualifications Ability to obtain other state pharmacy licenses if necessary. Knowledge of insurance plans. Knowledge of computer operating systems, including Radio, Commitment, and Plus. Basic level skill in Microsoft Excel (e.g., opening a workbook, inserting a row, selecting font and size, formatting cells as currency, using copy, paste, and save functions, adjusting text, selecting cells, renaming a worksheet, inserting a column, selecting a chart style, inserting a worksheet, setting borders, selecting page orientation, using spell check, and/or printing worksheets). Basic skill level in Microsoft PowerPoint (e.g., inserting, editing, hiding, and deleting slides, navigating between slides, increasing list level, adding, centering, and editing text, changing views, inserting a table or a note, moving objects, printing frame view, and/or running a slide show). Basic level skill in Microsoft Word (e.g., opening a document, cutting, pasting, and editing text, selecting font type and size, changing margins and section width, formatting, inserting bullets, pictures, and dates, using find and replace, fix, spell check, track changes, review sheet, and/or print functions).
