Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to have: 3+ years of experience in leading product and customer analytics, experimentation, and insights within top-tier technology organizations, preferably in e-commerce. 3+ years of experience in a management role, building and leading data science and analytics teams. A proven track record of delivering successful insights, driving business results, and continuous product improvement through data-driven strategies and experimentation. Strong expertise in data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization tools (e.g., Python, R/SAS, SQL, Tableau, Power BI). Experience working cross-functionally with teams like Product and Engineering, Marketing, Operations, and Finance. Prior C-level/Executive Board exposure, with experience contributing to and having in-depth conversations with C-level partners.
