You will be responsible for managing the execution and implementation of in-store visual marketing arrangements, overseeing large or complex projects, and using space planning and visual marketing methods to operationalize presentations. Key Responsibilities Partner with cross-functional teams to achieve visual marketing operational goals by designing cross-functional processes Manage the execution and implementation of in-store visual marketing arrangements, including display, fixture placement, lighting, materials, and in-store signage Oversee large or complex projects from initiation to store delivery, ensuring timely and effective completion Use space planning and visual marketing methods to operationalize presentations and drive sales Support the development of Visual Marketing tools, assets, and onboarding guides at Workspace and Field Lead through ambiguity, foster collaboration with the cross-functional team, and educate and promote arenaflex Visual as a critical capability Essential Qualifications 4-year degree in Visual Marketing, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent work experience 5+ years of experience in Workspace Visual Marketing 2+ years of in-store retail experience Proven ability to actually mentor, build skills, and develop diverse and inclusive teams Comfortable self-motivating, self-directing, and building processes and solutions when not defined Solid, quick, and careful problem-solving skills within fast-moving conditions Strong organization and prioritization skills while remaining agile and calm under pressure Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites Preferred experience in Adobe Creative Experience with Big Box Retailer an plus Preferred Qualifications Leading cross-functional teams Managing visual marketing programs Marketing, advertising, or related field Print production Visual marketing or related creative field Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we believe in providing our partners with opportunities for growth and development across various regions of our organization.
