Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and skilled Director of Data Analytics to lead our data analytics team and drive business growth and development. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans, analyzing complex data, and providing insights to inform business decisions. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and drive growth and development Analyze complex data and provide insights to inform business decisions and drive innovation Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve business objectives Develop and maintain key internal and external relationships to drive business growth and development Provide coaching and mentoring to less senior colleagues to support their growth and development Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and growth Develop and manage budgets to achieve business objectives and drive growth and development Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic plans and drive business growth and development Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. data analytics, business administration, computer science) At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role, with a focus on data analytics and business development Proven track record of success in developing and implementing strategic plans and driving business growth and development Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and provide insights to inform business decisions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams Experience with data analytics tools and technologies, such as SAS, SQL, and business intelligence software Ability to travel up to 15% of the time for business purposes Preferred Qualifications Graduate degree or MBA Experience with advanced coding languages (e.g. C++, Java, Python) Experience with system administration (e.g. Masters, Vendavo, Vistaar, Salesforce.com, SharePoint, Wikis) Experience with business intelligence tools and technologies (e.g. Business Objects, Cognos, Tableau) Certified as a Salesforce administrator or developer Experience with project management (e.g. planning, organizing, and managing resources to achieve specific project objectives and targets) Experience with systems such as Cure and GIS Experience with data extraction, data mining, data acquisition, data profiling, data warehouse management, and statistical concepts Career Growth and Development Opportunities At arenaflex, we are committed to supporting the growth and development of our employees.
