Job Overview We are seeking an exceptional Partner Product Director to join our Automation Development team, focusing on the development and implementation of cutting-edge live chat automation capabilities. This role is crucial in defining our conversational AI customer servicing products and requires a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and technical capabilities. As a Partner Product Director, you will lead the acquisition and integration of continuous product discovery efforts, define product requirements that enhance customer experience, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver products that balance short-term improvements with long-term investments. Key Responsibilities Lead the obtaining and integration of continuous product discovery efforts and define product requirements that give opportunities to lift the customer experience. Leverage customer data, conversational analytics, industry insights, and technical expertise to analyze the performance of existing solutions and develop future capabilities. Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and product managers across various value streams to deliver products that balance short-term improvements with long-term investments. Work closely with the core product team to define customer stories, guide product definition, and build comprehensive acceptance criteria, identifying and elevating any need for additional research to define future feature design. Lead customer testing and post-launch sustainment analysis of automation and identify ways to improve the experience. Analyze performance metrics that indicate the health of the product and plan clear data-informed product recommendations accordingly. Maintain and refine the product portfolio, mapping customer stories to the needs of the end-user, while prioritizing for business value. Support the definition and creation of the product strategy, roadmap, release plan, and overall customer experience. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A strong passion for understanding how things work and the ability to use that knowledge to create connections and find opportunities with an entrepreneurial mindset and bias towards action are essential. You should be excited about excellent products and services, able to empathize with customers, and skilled at articulating product functionality. Skills and Competencies A proven self-starter with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and tasks.
