As a key member of our Digital Technology group, you'll play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining highly scalable data solutions that meet the evolving needs of our business. If you're passionate about data protection, privacy, and innovation, we want to hear from you. **Key Responsibilities** * Analyze and interpret data protection and privacy requirements and policies, both locally and globally * Develop and implement data protection and privacy solutions that meet arenaflex's needs * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop highly scalable data solutions * Conduct risk assessments and identify areas for improvement in data protection and privacy * Develop and maintain documentation and procedures related to data protection and privacy * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in data protection and privacy * Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge * Work closely with stakeholders to ensure data protection and privacy requirements are met * Develop and maintain relationships with data protection and privacy vendors, tools, and products **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field * 3+ years of experience in a STEM-related field, with a focus on data protection and privacy * Strong understanding of data protection and privacy requirements and policies, both locally and globally * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with all levels of management * Ability to work in a dynamic environment with strict deadlines and multiple priorities * Must be legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship * Reliable and punctual attendance is a critical aspect of this role **Preferred Qualifications** * CISA certification * Knowledge of computer networking principles and protocols, and network security * Knowledge of security engineering and architecture principles * Knowledge of cryptography and cryptographic key control principles * Experience with data protection and privacy vendors, tools, and products * Ability to interpret noncompliance and determine its impact on risk and/or overall effectiveness of the organization's cybersecurity program **Work Environment and Culture** arenaflex is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace that reflects the communities we serve.
