About the Team and Role You will be part of a dynamic team of over 35 colleagues who are Data Specialists and Assistants for Graphic Design, working closely with another business unit called Technical Data Products. Your primary responsibility will be to handle and document inbound customer requests for our service book, ensuring seamless data administration, acquisition, and customer support. This part-time position, with a schedule of 25 hours per week spread across five days (Monday to Friday), offers the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home in Netherlands, Spain, France, or Italy. Key Responsibilities Data administration: Logging and conveying of data recorded and transmitted by the customer into systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Data acquisition: Assisting our workshop customers through active acquisition of data and information retrieval/procurement, building strong relationships and providing excellent customer service. Access management: Creating customer accounts for access to our online information systems, ensuring secure and streamlined access to our services. Customer support: Supporting our customers by responding to inquiries via email, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns. Your Profile To succeed in this role, you should have: First experience in contact with customers, with a strong focus on providing excellent service and support. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, with proficiency in using various software applications and tools. IT affinity and confident handling of work on the PC, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies. Fluency in German and English language skills (B1 or higher level), with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
